Can you help? We have just launched an online store. The item for sale is a PDF download. During testing, an email to download the link was autogenerated from Shopify after payment. For some reason now, this second download email is NOT arriving to customers. Can you help? Could be a Paypal problem too. Budget $50-$100 AUD Alana
