Now this business that we are in allows people to purchase through us vehicles at a very very low cost. Now we are not the only ones that are remarketing these vehicles but we are surely one of the biggest platforms that are out there. We actually sell hundreds of cars every month. Now you can imagine that these cars that are being sold aren’t always a smooth process , what I mean is that sometimes it can happen that between the moment that the client actually purchases a vehicle from us and the moment that the client actually paid for a vehicle, it can happen that between that time there is another broker that is interested in the same vehicle and he offers to pay for example 1000 dollars more to the insurance company and pay immediately…so that implies that in 99 percent of the cases the insurance company will take the deal that is offered from that other broker…that implies that then we will not be able to deliver the car to the client. Therefore it states in our terms and agreements/conditions that in the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver the vehicle then the client must choose a replacement vehicle for the same amount. Listen if a client for example purchased a Toyota camry and we didn’t get it then he can go online immediately and make an offer on another one because we have thousands of cars on there and the inventory changes on daily basis.
