REQUIRED: WordPress & WPmanagerDX2.37 as contractor's primary languages! PROBLEM: buyer is 2+ years behind the "blogging-to-the-bank" crowd. SOLUTION: prompt establishment of blog networks per BTTB3.0, etc. ===================================== ===================================== END STATE: Quality AND Quantity. - Professional appearing, human-friendly, SE magnets, auto-content fed blogs, SE enhancements (plugins, etc.) incorporated into each blog (categories, tags, etc.) which aid SE results, which result in the desired average 2+ sales/month/blog for each blog network (48+ sales/month each blog network), experienced in first 30 days, WILL result in follow-on blog network contracts/projects. ===================================== ===================================== GENERAL INFO FOR CONTRACTOR: - Buyer is a middle-aged US citizen, family man, and longstanding member of iCop. - Buyer is Retired US Navy (nuclear electrician submarines/law enforcement-physical security-anti terrorism-force protection), working on US military installation & living in Inchon, South Korea. - Approximately 12/3/2008 - 12/6/2008 buyer will transfer appropriate project funds to SL account to ensure prompt availability to contractor upon project completion. - Buyer desires only serious, experienced WordPress (WP) blog-building contractors. - Previous contractor bids for identical project settled at no more than $50. - NOTE: Sample blogs posted as part of various contractor's portfolios at SL reflect to date they can push the "wp install" button via Fantastico on a webhost cpanel and walk away. Buyer can do that. Done it. Buyer is not impressed so far. Hint to contractors: don't list as your completed projects those blogs reflecting a child's capability. - Buyer considers those here as professional Independent Contractors (I.C.) and will be treated as such. - Buyer has direct experience as an Invited Contractor and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) with the U.S. Government. - Buyer pledges to contractor to give a fair and honest review upon project completion, buyer will not post said review until after contractor has the opportunity to see review and comment first. Buyer will incorporate contractor's comments into final posted review for fairness. - Buyer pledges to contractor all 50+ follow-on similiar blog network projects directly, minus SL, if project #1 meets/exceeds buyer's expectations. - This blog network project is envisioned to be ongoing throughout 2009 to establish 50+ such blog networks. - All 24 blogs in this project focus on same CB product, just using different keywords & associated tiny URLs (tracking built-in). - For someone good with WP, WPManagerDX, plugins, autocontent setup, etc. this apparently will be disgustingly simple. - Solely designed for SE to find & list on 1st page for visitors to click on a blog's live links to go to the associated product's sales page. Buyer does not. ===================================== ===================================== COMPLETED: - WPmanagerDX2.37 & optional package installed with WPAutoContentManager/AutoPoster Module on HostGator host (cpanel 11). - MySQL setup. - Cron job setup by WPmanagerDX2.37 creator/owner for buyer. - WP themes uploaded into WPmanagerDX & permissions set. - WP plugins uploaded into WPmanagerDX & permissions set. - WPCashLinksDX & WPMetaTagsDX plugins uploaded into WPmanagerDX & permissions set. - Latest version WP is already installed on HostGator host via WPmanagerDX script. - Attached 2 WPManagerDX associated pdf files for contractor's review. - Initial setup main plugins to use/activate for each blog: WPCashLinksDX, WPMetaTagsDX, all-in-one-seo, calendar, google sitemap generator, pingfix, bmi, rss. - WordPress & WPmanagerDX2.37 are THE foundations and keys to this project and the 50+ follow-up projects. - IMPORTANT: contractor MUST be familiar with WPmanagerDX, it's capabilities, WPCashLinksDX & WPMetaTagsDX plugins, WPAutoContentManager/AutoPoster Module, etc. That's what will be used for "mass batch" creation & installation of these blogs. Makes things so much easier. Unfortunately, contractor must still log into each blog admin to activate & setup each plugin, etc. - Initial setup problems were with permissions which allegedly have been resolved. - Initial test project creation & blog install successful (each named after the associated keyword). ===================================== ===================================== IN PROGRESS: - Buyer uploads articles/feeds into same-name keyword folders for contractor's use with associated same-name blogs. ===================================== ===================================== INITIAL PROJECT: - Buyer provides the host, domain, cpanel logon, WPmanagerDX2.37 logon. - Buyer provides the WP themes and plugins preloaded into WPmanagerDX2.37. - Buyer provides the articles/feeds into same-name keyword folders for contractor's use with associated same-name blogs already uploaded into WPmanagerDX2.37. - Buyer provides 24 keyword list (blog network #1) with associated tiny URLs. - Buyer grants contractor full access to domain via cpanel logon and WPmanagerDX2.37 logon. - Buyer grants contractor full "artistic license" in appropriate theme, plugin, article/rss feed and SEO selections. - Contractor will not change username/password combinations unless specifically authorized to do so by Buyer. - Contractor double checks existing cron job settings to ensure will work with all 24 blogs, otherwise, contractor creates new cron job for each blog as the contractor deems appropriate. - Contractor creates 1 full blown, functioning blog with plugins, future article/rss feed posts with comments, per keyword, blog name/folder is keyword. - Contractor uses same theme, plugins, categories and tags for all 24 blogs. - Contractor must still log into each blog admin to activate & setup each plugin, categories, tags, etc. - Contractor sets up 1 article & feed post per day (automated/future posts) from those provided with simple automated "comment" inserts before or after each post...containing the keyword with associated tiny URL. Preset for 90+ days. - Contractor utilizes latest SEO techniques/plugins/enhancements for each blog. - Contractor creates the categories and tags for each blog, which are the 24 keywords linked to associated tiny URLs. - Contractor makes one profile/blog, possibly clones the remaining 24 of the blog network, just using different provided keyword, associated URL & preloaded articles/feeds, using WPmanagerDX2.37. - Contractor will not need to utilize cpanel for this project other than to change folder/file permissions, check/create cron job(s). - Contractor and buyer will communicate daily via pre-determined mutually agreed upon format (email, chat, etc.) to ensure project progress, resolve issues, clarify intent/limitations, etc. Non-response by either party within 48-72 hours will be considered a breach of contract unless there are reasonable extenuating circumstances: +++ civil disturbance. +++ armed conflict. +++ local network down for whatever reason. +++ pc crash (sometimes considered an act of God). +++ acts of God (earthquake, fire, flooding, etc.). +++ family emergency (family comes first, period. No excuses. Otherwise, what's the point?). +++ medical issues (buyer expects contractor to take care of his/her physical/mental health first). +++ family time (buyer understands it's not always we get a break, able to spend time with those most important to us, and sometimes this is short/no notice). ===================================== ===================================== FORUM REVIEW: - Price IS negotiable for fair market value (FMV). - Buyer does understand how much work/time is needed to setup one blog project. - Buyer desires the lowest price but buyer is NOT going to insult contractor with a $10 offer for a $50 project. - Buyer is on a limited budget which is why this will be piecemeal until buyer sees desired results (sales) via the blog networks. - THEN buyer can begin escalating the projects (i.e. sales via previously created blog networks pay for contracting the creation of additional blog networks). ===================================== ===================================== FOLLOW-UP/SUBSEQUENT PROJECTS: - 50+ follow-up/subsequent identical projects, 24 blogs each. - Possibly 50+ follow-up/subsequent identical projects will be posted, each separately, upon successful completion of previous project.
