Indian freelancers needed for profit sharing business

I am looking to hire 4 Indian freelancers to work with me full time in order to help my SEO business expand. You would be sharing an agreed percentage of profit with me per project. Experience in link building and SEO is a must. You would be responsible for bringing more business in and completing projects as well.
