186817 Website Replica/modification

This is a quick simple job for someone who knows what they are doing. I want a non-database website copy of [login to view URL] I am EastCoast's Director of Career Services and have authority to use this template. If you like you can read about me here: [login to view URL] New architecture will be 8 to 12 static pages linked directly from the homepage. Also set up a blog such as Wordpress on one of the pages. Will need to install a simple email list opt-in script and... a "Tell 3 Friends" script. I will provie the email script but you will need to source the "tell a friend" script. Emails from tell a friend script should show the visitors email address. Should forward the visitor to a new webpage (where they can download an ebook pdf gift) You need to cloak/hide my affiliate id in links to affiliate products being promoted. Alter graphic image in the top left corner so as to have a new title. Fancy graphics not needed. Just needs to keep the same "look and feel" as the existing graphic. You need to get all the fundamentals right... I can do all the minor text edits, tables and external link changes. Need to ensure i can make changes to pages and navigation using NVU html editor.
