I have participated into two exchange programs at the USA in one of then I did an internship in a Hotel. Once I got back to Nicaragua I began working at Hotel Boutique Contempo then I worked at Hilton Hotel here I started as a Call Center operator, then I worked as receptionist and then I was promoted front desk supervisor, two years after I applied for a Job at United and here I work as City Ticket Office Sales agent I was selling tickets, check in passengers, working budgets, managing and opening corporate accounts and training regional staff on how create and sell tickets using miles, because I learn how to do that at the hotel. That’s why I have experience in customer service. I got around 6 years of experience with direct/outbound sales
