Hi
I have been working in IT marketing for over 25 years. I understand that you are only wanting the bricks and mortar aspect, which will be more challenging to obtain here in the UK as many printers are sold purely by e-commerce websites.
Would it be acceptable to obtain quotations from hybrid organisations - have both e-commerce and bricks and mortar? That would then include many of the office supply companies.
The steps I would take for this project:
1. Review the list of printers and ensure that all are available in the UK market place (having worked in this arena before, sometimes it is the case that certain models are not available in certain geographies)
2. I would then start to acquire the quotations that you need. As I have a business email address (I operate via my own limited company) I would obtain quotations net of VAT. Having my own business is also more likely that I will be taken seriously by the organisations instead of operating from a gmail account for example.
3. I would then send you the quotations.
I would purposely avoid the Black Friday and CyberMonday deals as they are only valid for one day each.
If you have any questions then please ask,
Kind regards
