Within the first step (this freelancer project) I want to understand how other consulting companies address this topic. Please perform a short online market research on the following companies: • Accenture • PwC • Capgemini Consulting, • DXC Technology • Atos The result should be a short power point presentation, which summarizes the methodology of each company on 1-3 slides. The format of the slides is up to you. The summary should in minimum answer the following questions: • What is the approach to developing an IT strategy? (e.g. Step 1, Step 2,…) • What are the core elements of the IT strategy? (e.g. Sourcing, IT Operating Model, Governance, Enterprise Architecture, …) • What is the benefit of the IT strategy? • What are the sources you have used - please provide the links.
