Find me a Manufacturer who can build houses on site in Sweden from start to finish

I'm associated with entrepreneurs that buys land and builds villas and apartments in Sweden. Today they use Swedish labour but I can see the cost benefits of getting in contact with a company in Poland who can manufacture the houses in their own facilities and then send both builders and material to Sweden where this company will build the houses from scratch. We will prepare the foundational work of course. Many Swedish companies uses this approach but I need a local talent who has experience in house building to get us in touch with a few serious companies that are not small players but not giants either. They need to be able to provide us this kind of turnkey solution, be responsible, been in business at least 5-6 years with good track records (both financial and project wise). We will need references on quite a few jobs. I want to hire a local talent who can investigate and put us in contact with a few of these reputable companies. Right now we have projects ranging from 18 aparments and 7 villas to smaller jobs with only 1-3 villas. If you need to know anything else in order to be able to do this task properly, don't hesitate to ask.
