Write about the „City 4.0“

„City 4.0“ is the title of this research project. It‘s about „how the city of the future“ should be shaped, so that its inhabitants can „live, work, play“ healthily, happily, safely in a clean environment. The goal of the research is to come up with an action plan for city governments and other local players & stakeholders of what groundwork should be laid today to be able to create the „sustainable city“ for future generations. Example topics that must be included (but are not limited to): - inner city traffic - public transportation - digital transformation - electric vehicle policy & infrastructure - innovation centers for attracting new business & creating new jobs - schooling - hospitals - foreign investment - change managenent - incubators - communication ... etc. This list is long and I am open to your suggestions! One major aspect of having great ideas of course is to come up with a feasible concept on „how to do it“. So, „raising taxes“ or „having the rich pay for it“ is neither realistic nor feasible. In a democratic society (which is the basis for a sustainable City 4.0) all stakeholders need to be involved and contribute „somehow“. That „somehow“ needs to be worked out. The goal is to raise the understanding for the need of societal change and responsible action. The idea is to think holistically. An ability that is often missing due to local mentalities: „we have always done it this way, so there is no need for a change“. This is often said due to fear of the new. I am looking for a (or multiple!) creative writer(s) who can write a 200+ pages research paper. It should be semi-scientific (with end notes please!), well researched with examples on „how other cities are doing it“. It should be an easy to read, almost infotainment style paper, that asks very critical questions and engages the reader to think! Am very flexible and open to ideas! Please respond with explaining why you are capable of writing this paper. You should be well-travelled and „have seen the world“ to be able to discuss the dos and don‘ts in this paper!
