Having worked a leading retail store (Nakumatt), not to mention handling in store marketing, i came across Mystery shoppers every often as this meant to award customers of particular product. I do not any education on this except to know the product and hit the road. I personally supervised Barclays Bank Credit card when running the mystery shopper promotion in the year 2008.
