I have a school that has turned a vacant commercial lot to a 1.3 million investment. I also have the same client who turned an old vacant building that had been vacant for 3 years to a 3.5 million investment and lastly a vacant commercial lot that sat in the market for over three years turned into an amazing storage facility that is worth 1.5 million. All these three projects are my case studies.
