Using LPSolve within R, output teams with constraints for each CPT

I need to output the top 20 teams, based on $Points (BG) with the following constraints on Column H. All the following are <= the number after: CPTRB1F(5), CPTRB1D(3), CPTQB1F(2),CPTQB1D(1),CPTWR1,2,3F(1,3,1), CPTWR1,2,3D(1,2,1), DSTF(1), DSTD(1), CPTRB2F(1), CPTRB2D(1), CPTTE1F(1), CPTTE1D(1), CPTPK1F(1), CPTPK1D(1) The critical part of this is the following. For the players the are listed from column N and to the right of column, for each specific CPT there are additional constraints regarding the composition of the players with each specific CPT. The constraints as it relates to EACH CPT is the following in column R, AA, AJ, AS, and BB: The following the constraints are all <= DST1F(6) DST1D(3) QB1F(16) QB1D(11) RB1F(14) RB1D(6) WR1F(11) WR1D(5) WR2F(7) WR2D(3) WR3F(4) WR3D(2) TE1F(9) TE1D(4) PK1F(7) PK1D(5) So the script would have to be able to adjust for the % of CPT. For example CPTRB1F is 5 which is 25% of the total 20 team output. Thus, all the numbers from DST1F would need to be adjusted by 25% and ROUNDUP if possible. The numbers as shown are relative to the entire 20 team output. One way to consider it is these constraints would be applied to a subset composed of each specific CPT. Column V, AE, AN, AW, BF: F(69) And last but not least need to calculate a QB/WR Stack. What this means is looking at columns E, Q, Z, AI, AR, and BA if there is a QBF, then there is at least one WRF. A QBD and WRD would also count. But a QBF and WRD combo would not count. A QBD and WRF combo would not count. The QB and WR must have at least one matching F or D at the end. It doesn't have to be AND. Just one case in a combo would be counted as a "QB Stack". The last constraint would be that >=17 of the 20 teams would include a QB Stack. I'm open to any ideas on how to make this easier for example if the constraints can be %'s of a number that would make it easier for me so I'm open to ideas. I would like the comments in the code to be clear enough that if I wanted to run the script but for a 150 output that it would be very clear on how to do that. Thank you for your time.
