Here is the scenario I am offering:
- Use Twilio Flow Studio for performing the call flow
- On receiving call, set the action for triggering the Amazon lambda script for doing the lookup, and return the <DIAL> TWIML command for forwarding the call to the selected number with following parameters:
(a) record, for recoring the converstation once a call established.
(b) "action", for triggering another lambda function, where this function will check if the call state "no-answer", then it will return the <SAY> TWIML command for speaking the person is unavailble .... If the call state is "complete", it will grab the recorded call over API from the parameter (a) above, and do sending email using lambda script also
Thats the scenario I could offer you.
