Python script required to convert scanned PDF table to Excel

there are couple of ways to do this considering the high accuracy requirements, i wont make false promises so right now i am testing with the sample pdf, and will let you know.

For one of the machine learning project I've done, I had to "scan" resumes which were delivered in pdf format, with a python script.
