Jenkins Build Procedure Declarative Pipeline

Another challenge I am hoping you can assist with my Jenkins and my Declarative Pipeline? 1) need to have the Jenkinsfile contain a loop to do all steps on a list of hostnames or ip addresses are in the file. The file would ideally be "hosts" in the directory tree of Ansible? 2) would like to pass two parameters at command line to a Jenkinsfile when running? Do I need to have fields on a Jenkins form or is this possible without any fields? The value would be a variable such as an IP Address or Version Tag or file name or folder name. ====================================================================== Is $10 ok? (If not how much?)
