DoITT, on behalf of the City, is seeking Contractors to provide classes of Design Services, which include services related to but not limited to Digital Design, Communication Design, Service Design, and Comprehensive Design (encompasses the Digital, Communication, and Service Design Classes). Using this solicitation known as the Tier 1 Process (steps are shown below), DoITT intends to enter into master services agreements with multiple Contractors who, once under contract with the City, start the Tier 2 process (see Document 4: Government x Design Master Services Agreement and Task Order (Tier 2) Procedures) to compete for assignments within the aforementioned service classes forCity agency projects.
