We are looking for an entry level technical support engineer creating several technical email queries and responding to few technical queries as well You should have: good understanding and awareness of the various software development languages J2EE, .NET, SAP, Mobile (Android/iOS), automation and manual testing Ability to absorb and retain information quickly and adapt to new technologies Understanding software development life Cycle Investigate internal issues at an application level Ability write daily and weekly technical reports for the management Ensure all help desk issues are resolved or escalated where appropriate Sound knowledge of computer hardware/software systems Ability to proactively address issues and priorities Appropriate IT qualification/degree Very good written and oral communications skills Ability to use diverse communication media Ability to work remotely without supervision Punctual and self motivated Manage and maintain all deployed solutions You will be working for our UK client at UK times.
