Assistant (Spanish Native and English)

We are looking for a professional to take the administrative department to half a day with experience in the area and the English domain will be essential to deal with all foreign clients, with a view to covering the position full time, in the first phase I would work from home and then join the office. Responsibilities: - GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT: administrative procedures, digitization and organization of documents, export documents, support to the commercial and marketing team. - ACCOUNTING: management of expenses and receipts, invoicing, monitoring of payments, etc. - LOGISTICS: Management of purchases and sales, of shipments and orders, organization of the agenda and trips, etc. Desired profile: - Responsible and organized person - Handling of indispensable Office, in particular Advanced Excel - Ease of learning new computer tools - Native Spanish. Good level of English and / or French is required - Communication skills - Experience as an administrative assistant will be valued Hours 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Work from Monday to Friday Type of position: Half a day
