I need help developing an API interface

Hi Developers, I'm an internet service provider business and our supplier has provided us with a B2B spec / SDK, its not the usual API i'm used to dealing with headers and API keys, theirs more in depth information about setting up private access IP addresses and so fourth. I need someone to look over the info provided by our supplier, work out what needs to be done and help me develop projects on a recurring basis until we've completely integrated their systems with out business platform.
