• The Front Desk Attendant assists the Front Office Manager in the reservation, check-in, check-out process of the Front Office along with all other related customer service procedures. Special emphasis is placed on accommodating guest preferences, flexibility with suite assignments, efficiency, quality, social demeanor and appearance that contributes to a hospitable environment.
• The Administrative Clerk reports to the Senior Administrative Officer and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective and efficient manner.
• Customer Service Representative provide high quality information services that satisfies user or customer needs.
• Troubleshoot products and services to best fit their needs and expectations
• Receive customer calls of requests for products and services.
• Investigate what products and services the customer will need even if they may not know what they need. Probing as to what they want and present what they feel they may need dependent on their needs and wants.
