Enhance the Existing Excel Plugin to Send Automatic Emails from Outlook

We have an Excel Plugin developed in Visual Studio. which does is, takes the FName, LName, Email ID details from Excel sheet and interacts with our Backend API's for generating the unique URL. Now, what we want is with in the same Excel Plugin is, > A Form for Email draft with dynamic values for Fname, URL insertion in body, Subject etc. > When clicked on Send Mail button from Excel Plugin, It should make 2 calls, 1. Our API for sending the draft information for each user to our DB. Note: While sending to our API, the Email dynamic values will be replaced for each user in mail body. 2. Invoking the Microsoft Outlook setup on that system. Once the Outlook is opened, it should get the details from Our API call. Emailid, Email Sub, Fully written Email to be sent to that user. And send the email to all those users from outlook automatically. Note: How to handle the API calls between Outlook & Backend API is your choice.
