PLC Programming, Fanuc Robot I/O Configuration

I will provide an explanation for the I/O link between the Robot and the PLC. This will include how the data is mapped into the PLC and a breakdown of what that data is. If you have the RSNetWorx file (*.dnt), that holds more information on the mapping, but most of that can be determined from the PLC file. A preliminary review of the program shows that there is a good definition of the mapping in the file. I will not provide a detailed explanation of the PLC program in general - this is a large and complex program that would require more time than allowed for in this bid. I have recently programmed a very similar system - Five large robotic inspection systems with communications to Fanuc robots using ControlLogix Safety PLCs. From that I have learned a lot about the nomenclature of the Fanuc robots. That was an Ethernet based system, but the terminology is the same. I have also had a good amount of experience with DeviceNet although you don't see a lot of that anymore.

I am working as Project Engineer. I have total 7 years of experience in Automation and Design. We are developing PLC, HMI, SCADA programming, I have worked with Allen Bradley PLC(Micrologix, ControlLogix, CompactLogix etc), HMI (Panel View Plus, Panel View Plus 6, panel view component etc), Scada, Drives. I have hands on experience on Rslogix 5000, Rslogix 500, factory talk view studio for Machine Edition(HMI) and Site Edition(SCADA).
