Zimbra user sign up page and email accounts immigration

Hello, i have a website and serving free email accounts by using microsoft live [login to view URL] users were able to sign up for an email account but now microsoft has been stop to serve anymore. I wish to set up a zimbra mail server and immigrate all email accounts (not emails) to my new zimbra server and sell email accounts to exist email owners if they want 5GB or 10GB instead 1 GB email accounts. What i need is; Need 1: an immigrate script that ables exist users can immigrate its own email account from microsoft hotmail to new zimbra server. The script will send an approve link to user's exist email and by this link, exist user can create an account with same account name. for example; step1: exist account; test at [login to view URL] on [login to view URL] step2: user visit the [login to view URL] and sign up to immigrate to zimbra server by its own email account:test at mymail.com. step3: script send a link to test[at][login to view URL] whether she/he is real owner or not for test at [login to view URL] and by this link user now has permission for creating new account on zimbra [login to view URL] can not create different email [login to view URL] that, there must be a user sign up page for zimbra Need 2: a WHMCS module that able the new users can sign up for an email account. Module will able to sell email accounts with different account plans like 1GB is FREE, 5GB is 2USD,10GB is 3USD per accounts per month or year. Best regards,
