He can acess all his information by logining in. Even patient can register himself and make booking of test. We request a online payment gateway. Employe portal: CRM: Once patient enquires for a test his details will be captured by user. His details will be shared with local branch or sample collector through SMS. Patient must get the sample collector details also through SMS along with login details to acess the application. His mobile number will be his user id and password. patient can change the password. Patient can fill his details also, that will be help us in invoicing. Follow up: Sometimes patient might reschedule his appointmnet request to some other day. This must be notifed to same collector. All missed sample collectols must be vissible to the mangers and sales person who has assignned the lead to same collector. Billing: Employe: Billing(Invoice) and documents capture. Sample collector enters the amount he collected from patient, immediatly patient must get SMS with his invoice number Once the sample is collceted the sample collector has to send it through a courier. He has to enter the courier name and tracking number in the application. This details of tracking must be visible to customer. Lab Mangemnt: Once the same reaches the lab, the status will be updated in the application. The testing process is done the reports will be uploaded to respective user. The user must receive online copy and the sample collector must receive email copy and he must also see the report in his application. Both of thm must receive SMS notification. If a patient request not to share his report with sample collector the report must not be shared with any one. It must only be visible to him.
