Seeking software developer to come up with scripts to be used for mobile website and/or android+ios. The script is to convert standardized numbering marking on an item captured using mobile device into text. The converted text will be used as variables to query phpmyadmin database. The standardized marking is either sunken or raised lettering on the product from the same color and material. Please see "camcard", an app in android playstore that is capable to convert image of name card to text (and stored as contact). This request needs fewer fields and it follows standardized numbering format. Please provide quote after reading the overview above. Ask questions if you are unsure. as a demo I will create the script that converts images of the numbering into texts , and will give it you as an android app and web app I will use a javascript library called Ocard which is a perfect OCR library (OCR means converting images of text to textual characters), after obtaining the text values ... querying the DB and showing any response is very easy please let me know if you are interested in a demo
