Project Proposal: We are looking to creating a cloud based online human resource, payroll, and employee benefits management platform. The system is intended to be used by HR departments within small to large companies as a means of handling their HR needs. The goal is to create a website with sophisticated back end processes that make it highly autonomous and self-sufficient. This project is intended to be used for HR and payroll management purposes and as such will deal with things like employee onboarding and various payroll and accounting capabilities. We would like to discuss the possibility of developing a cloud based HR management solution with a strong focus on accounting and payroll functionalities. To better understand the magnitude and scope of what we envision I would like to invite you to visit a similar site such as: “Zenefits” www.zenefits.com. This site serves as the template for the functionality and design elements that I would like to see in the software. As a serious bidder I would ask you to really explore the site, create an account and understand the functionality that I am looking for. If this is something that you are capable of doing I invite you to bid. I am open to suggestions regarding programming language. Payments: NO upfront payment. I understand the scope of this project and as such I will like to release four equal payments of 25% when each predetermined milestone is reached. I am flexible with payments and more than willing to pay, but I will have to see work done before before compensation is released. I look forward to a long term relationship with an individual or company that is willing to work with us we progress with this software.

Hello! I'm hoping we can work together because we already have quite a bit of experience with ERP platforms - right now we're coding a platform for a client who is in the business of retail newspaper sales. The software is written in C# (ASP.NET), AngularJS with a MSSQL database. For our client, we are also doing a MOBILE version which runs on Android and iOS. My bid doesn't include a mobile version, but should you wish to implement one we can arrange that - the technologies we use lend themselves beautifully to being ported on mobile platforms. Here is what the ERP platform we're working on can currently do: -track sales -track stocks -track publications and products (publications expire, products don't) -pay out salaries -track deliveries geographically -track employee work days via check-in mechanism -make out routes for drivers -navigation software for driver; includes delivery confirmation -submit employee expenses -record sales made by employees -merge products or publications into multistock objects (packs of objects) -role based: each employee has access to the platform, but to different features; ...and many more.
