I would like to hire a Lawyer

Ms. Brown was a tenant from October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016. My realtor Oscar Salas contacted her about 3 weeks before the end of the contract, and she said that she is likely to extend the contract. About 3 days before the end of the contract, she said that she will leave, and asked for one week extension, with rent pro-rated. I agreed. On October 4, 2016, after the walk-through by Oscar Salas showed serious damage and accumulated dirt, I wrote to her stating that we will have a claim on her deposit of $2125, and that we will get back to her when we have estimates of the cost of repair. It unfortunately took about 3 months to get contracts (one of whom reneged on his contract, so we had to get another), we sent her a closing statement on February 8, 2017, with a check for the balance of $402. The closing statement included rent for the week that she had requested as an extension of the contract. Last week I received a phone call from a lawyer in Miami Adam Sackrin, stating that I have to pay 3 times her claim of $1723, and subsequently sent me a registered letter. I do not know where they had this number from. The closing statement included the following: $495 rent for the week extension, paint $150, patching and painting contractor $750, 50% of broken waste disposal unit $153, cleaning $175, hence the balance from $2125 is $402. Indeed, I can claim that she left the condo in an unusable condition hence I lost rental income from October 7 2016 to January 30, 2017. Please advise.
