I am a site seeing tour operator who offers personalised small group tours. We offer a total of 5 daily trip tour destinations which are regularly booked on any day. Some days its all vehicles to the one destination the next it could be all vehicle to different destinations. On occasion, there are also situations where we only have 4 drivers and vehicles but receive bookings for 5 tour destinations. Or one driver and vehicle are booked more than once on the same day to go to different destinations. Which of course is not possible. To avoid this once a driver and vehicle are booked to any of the 5 destinations or beyond the vehicles seating capacity. The options to hire them for other tours destinations on the same day must be cancelled. What customer gets the vehicle and driver are determined on a first in first served basis. If multiple customers wish to go to the same destination, the first vehicle needs to be fully occupied before a second vehicle is allocated. Unless this means splitting up groups of customers. If a 4 seat vehicle has 3 customers and we receive a booking for another group of 2 customers the second vehicle will be allocated to the group of 2. I would like a WordPress eCommerce page created that can be added to our site that advertises these 5 tours, taking into consideration the variables above.

The tour booking plugin for the wordpress site can be developed. A ecommerce page on the site will be created with the details of the 5 tours displayed. The booking form will display the availability chart/calender for the tours Users can select the vehicles for the trip to the tour destinations by selecting a day on the calendar. The calendar will show the booked vehicles and number of customers on each of the vehicles. If the drive ris not available the system will not let them book the tour based on the conditions/logic explained in the requirement document. Multiple customer groups will be handled as instructed.
