I am in need of someone that can take the following page [login to view URL] and turn it into a responsive HMTL/PHP page. Everything on the new page will need to work correctly at all times.. This will not be done by using any bootstrap frameworks. I have already had it done by creating twitter bootstrap and I have been told that it's wrong! You must definitely show previous work of this type and also explain how you are going to do this.
