With Backend + Frontend view of prestashop Module

We need a Module for PrestaShop 1.7 as a base for a custom development. The module should have a backend page, where a textfield can be filled. And it should have a frontend view, that can be placed in the section#main area on the startpage of PrestaShop. The frontend view should simply display the text from the backend textfield. The frontend view additionally should contain a button which puts an item into on the cart (just hardcoded product id). Resource files for CSS and JS for the frontend view should be created and included, so that we have a starting point for adding custom styling and custom JS functions. The module should satisfy the coding standards, described on [login to view URL] and should be installable / uninstallable on a clean PrestaShop 1.7 installation.
