I have done several web scraping applications outside of freelancer. I have worked with the HTMLAgility pack which would enable us to grab the data without having to open up a WebBrowser control unless there are some additional authentication requirements. I can create delimited files, excel spreadsheets or feed directly into a database if there is that desire.
