Web-based Point and Figure Charting

Hi, I require someone to create web-based point and figure charting software, using free price feed sources such as yahoo or google finance via API. - PHP programming or whatever language is recommended for this project. - Would like the software to be capable of entering any particular currency, stock or commodity and populate a point and figure chart. - Must be able to access these charts through a secure portal. - Charts must be customizable including box size, box reversal size, period of data retrieval for example between Jan 13 and present day. Also it is very important that the point and figure chart is constructed on a grid in order to draw 45-degree trend lines. - Charts must have access to simple drawing tools to draw lines. You MUST be familiar with the point and figure methodology in order to understand the requirements, and ideally have a general understanding of financial markets/products. Thanks.
