VSFTP config multipe FTP users access to sub folders

currently, the VSFTP setup with one account. however, due to the permission, it does not have write access to folder due to the ownership and groups are set to nginx:nginx /usr/share/nginx/html/SITEA/magento What I need is to config multiple FTP account which has write access to folders /usr/share/nginx/html/SITEA/magento /usr/share/nginx/html/SITEB/magento /usr/share/nginx/html/SITEC/magento the nginx can still continue to run as nginx:nginx
