I have a Canvas LMS server in debian. [login to view URL] I cannot get it to pull inbound email from a gmail account. I believe I have the settings correct but the server does not even appear to by trying to access the POP3 account. Have been told this may be an issue in the Ruby on Rails configuration. Need help troubleshooting.
