Travel Booking Website

I need a booking website development. I already have a web template that i want to be used,. This website will allow users to book travel items (flights, hotels etc) furnishing data that comes with API (to be defined the data source). So we talk about a website with integration of API (JSON, Xml Over HTTP) into a PHP Enterprise Service Bus that will be queried for the service exposure (also to enable an easy integration of iOs and Android App). Database in the backend needs to be MySql, and i'd like the use of a well known framework (Zend or Simphony). The environment for work will be through a Dropbox account (i will share a directory that is mounted on the server) and with an external mySql database on which the developer could work. Who will be selected should sign a non-disclosure agreement. The project will run in the following phases 1) Analysis of mine customer requirements 2) Writing of functional specifications 3) Writing of a Customer Journey detailed file 4) Prototyping using an already done template (that is 99% completed) 5) Database design 6) Api Layer design 7) Web Gui Design 8) Integration of Web Gui with API Layer 9) Test Phase We will set up proper milestones for each of the 9 phases. Offers with just dates and required price will not be considered, we need also a description of how do you think this can be accomplished. Note: The hirer has great programming and designing skills, we're outsourcing the project due to human resources lacks right now.
