We need a small software / app. where we can send our customers text messages to their cell phones for our specials and promotions 1)our customers are only based in Usa 2) customers only on virgin Mobile and Boost mobile. If the customer has different network . the text message shouldn't be delivered to any customer which has any other carrier like ATT T mobile Verizon etc for example @[login to view URL] 3) we can provide list of phone no.s or we can say send to to everyone in the area code payment will be make only with source code and complete interface ready to be used by us .
