Task Tracking

1. It will have columns for the actual task (Inputted by me) , start date (Inputted by admin) , projected completion date Inputted by User), actual completion date (User) and status (admin), assigned to (from Drop down list of usernames that have access) (Me) , additional notes (User), Verified Complete (Me) 2. Need to be able to create username and passwords for other to make edits. Other will be able to update status and notes only. User should have access to that to the Task Tracker that I specify only, not to every task tracker created 3. When user saves additional notes it should show the time saved and their username at the end of that note 4. I need to be able to Save Task and name it and give it a title which will show at top of task. The name of the task should be what shows in URL box 5. Need to ability to open and start unlimited multiple task tracking listings which will have their own name/title and task 6. Need to be able to upload new task listing from Excel 7. Within One Task Tracker page, I need to be able to designate able one main title and multiple sub-groups. For example break project up by Milestones and be able to name milestones 8. Need admin area so I can view all Task trackers and navigate to them using links in admin area. Designate an Tracking list as Closed or Open. See which are currently closed and open 9. Need ability to create new Task to be tracked, must be able to name it. The Name must show in the URL Box 10. It will need a login button on the home page. 11. Active Task link should be displayed index page so user can click their task and enter their password to enter their task 12. User should have a dash board that show all task assigned to them as well. Website must be uploaded on to server and must function.
