Project Management Web Site – Survey Plugin (Repair or Replace) Background I have an existing web site [login to view URL] that has a Survey component. The survey displayed on a browser and was downloadable in pdf format. After some rectification work the original attempt was repaired and made to work. However, this version has now stopped working. Task I require either the existing app to be repaired or new app(s) to be installed to deliver the same output as originally provided. My preferred solution is to have the existing app restored to full functionality. Skills Required: • Web site development • PHP • MySQL • Data Visualisation • Setting up, configuration, documentation of app. Selection Approach To seek Expressions of Interest and quotations from suitably skilled applicants. Applicants will be assessed on: • Past experience with similar jobs • Capacity (availability) to do the job • Knowledge and experience of Survey Tools • Knowledge and experience of WordPress • Price (Hourly rate) Alternative options will be allowed, for example fixed price. NOTE: payment will only be made for a 100% fully functional survey application.
