I have an excel file that I need to upload to a server so I can search it and then it needs to link to a video on my local machine. The best way to picture this is a video library where I search actors and only need to see their last 3 films in reverse order, when I click the film I can start to view it. This is 1 simple module in a huge project, if you can nail this we can move on to bigger things. This particular module can be run on a local machine using apache/php or python3
