simple database with website ui

I need a very, very simple database with a web ui and some simple user management elements. I have looked at doing it myself using something like [login to view URL] but I don' t have the time. Anyway here is the brief: 1. User Management - Three types of users, Admin, Special User, User. The user can only read the data on the screen, no editing or exporting. The Special User can do what the user can do but can then export the data on the screen to excel of PDF by clicking a button. Admin can do everything including edit data and create, delete and modify users. 2. The the person goes to [login to view URL] they will be greeted with a login box. They will log in and then the following table will appear... this main table relates to sub contractors. I need the following column titles: Trade - I need this to be a tag type box. Some contractors will have more than one trade. (eg: Concrete Supply, Formwork, Reinforcement) Name (eg: Bobs Concreting) Contact - (eg: Bob Smith) Contact Number Contact Email Address Suburb (eg: Melbourne) State (eg: Victoria) Post Code (eg: 3000) Comments (eg: Bob is a good man and does great work) Projects (... see below) Actions (eg: edit, delete, copy) 2.a For the projects section noted above I want to be able to link some more data to each sub contractor. The project additional data needs to have the following columns: Project Name (eg: Big Hospital) Project Value (eg: $500,000,000) Trade (eg: Concrete Supply) Trade Value (eg: $12,500,000) Date of Work (eg: July 2016) Comments (eg: They did really well, but were a bit slow) An ideas on how to present the project data is [login to view URL] 3. With this table I would like little search boxes at the top of each of the columns (refer to [login to view URL]). 4. Once the search is complete I would like to export the data that is visible. For example if I have isolated all the Concrete Suppliers I want to export just that list of data to excel or PDF. 5. I would like the table to have Ajax embedded so I can click on a row of data and make a quick change if I need to (eg: see this [login to view URL]). I see this task as being a very simple task.
