Simple application using eBay API PHP MySQL

I am looking for a talented developer to build a simple application to retrieve info from my eBay account. Upon successful buying of my products on eBay I will divert my customers to a website were they can enter their eBay user name to get more info about items they bought from me: Here is the list of features: 1) Retrieve items that a particular buyer bought from me in a Table and if the product is downloadable we will give them the option to download it. 2) Products will have to be entered some where i.e. Admin area so the download feature above works. The products submit feature should include item title & download link as minimum. Products should be imported using a CVS file. 3) Every day I would like to be able to view all orders some where in the admin area (Via a corn job) and print all orders in a list form showing the items title, quantity and price details followed by the delivery address. Also shipping labels will have to be printed (Shipping Labels only have the shipping and return addresses printed and not title and other details). Using either a normal printer or a label printer. That’s it I will not be requiring any other features at the time. Keep in mind that this is along term project so more feature will have to be added on a regular basis. For example accounting & project management feature will have to be implemented in the near future. Also an option to list products on eBay directly from the admin area and leave/request eBay feedback automatically. We will start with the small functionality mentioned above and go from there. The application does not need to be of awesome design; simple forms are all that is required, I might add CSS to it my self later on. I prefer developers who have previously used the eBay API. The application has to be developed in PHP/MySQL P.S All right to the application will be transferred to me.
