Simple Android App Required

We need a simple app in which on the first page we will show 5-10 Credit Card screenshots. We will show the features of those credit-cards and an "Apply Now" Button. On the top of the page there will be a refresh button, if the user clicks it, the app should connect to our server from where it will download if there is a new credit card. We also want to have a sliding menu bar, from which the user can select the option to apply for a "Personal Loan", "Car Loan","Home Loan" etc. All these pages will be similar to the ones that we have for the "Credit Card" page. As of now we haven't decided whether we will use web-view or an external browser once the user clicks the "Apply Now" button. We will decide it at a later stage.
