We know [login to view URL] and we know some rewrite rules in .htaccess..but all did not work. The question is: Is there a way to prevent kali linux and other scraping tools from cloning our websites login pages?

Yes but you will need to do some work on your website. The only tried and true method is to have a publicly facing website like you do now but you put your valuable information behind a CAPTCHA. This way only humans can access your support articles or your pricing structures etc. I can implement this for you. I have done CAPTCHA of entire subdomain or entire directory before.
