Scraping information

I am looking for a script that can do the following on Rightmove.co.uk. 1. I Enter a search area (will be a city name, an area name or a Postcode) 2. I would like the results for “For Sale” listed in an excel spreadsheet (ie .csv format) with the following headings: a. Date script is run b. Area (which is the search I selected) c. Price of property d. Postcode e. Date property was first put on the market f. No. of bedrooms g. Type (House, Flat, Bungalows, Land etc.. – per Rightmove filters). h. Pre-owned or New i. Auction/Shared Ownership/Non-shared ownership j. Retirement/Non-Retirement In addition I would like the same script run for “To Rent”. The script will need to be loaded onto my website. The website will just have a search box (nothing else) – in this search box I will put in the search area and there will be two buttons – one “For sale” and another “To Rent” which will give me the relevant results. The results will automatically be downloaded to a csv file. Feel free to ask questions.
