I require a portal/online software to be developed at Company 1 to be able to automate processes based on pushing and acquiring data from an API and store it in a central customer database. Company 2 will take the data via API which gets sent along with a physical gene sample from the customer. Upon Company 2 receiving the gene sample, they carry out laboratory analysis and upload the result to their database matched by a unique barcode on the box that is used by Company 1 to take the sample. Upon results from Company 2 being updated, they are returned from the Company 2 via the API into Company 1's database. The system will then automatically create a PDF certificate for the individual customer and send this to them via email. The process would be like this: 1. Customer Data is inputted onto a form and will contain a uniquely identifiable barcode at Company 1. 2. Data is stored in a database 3. Certain aspects of the data gets pushed to Company 2 via their API. 4. Company 2 updates their results for the specific uniquely identifiable barcode. 5. This data from Company 2 then push via the API back into Company 1 database. 6. Upon receiving this data back to Company 1,the system would realise this and if the data result contains a certain value in a field, then a PDF would automatically be created containing data from the database. 7. PDF certificate then gets sent directly to the customer via email as an attachment. 8. Certain data then gets pushed out via another API once per day.

Hello, I have reviewed your project posting and based on the information mentioned what I understand is that you are looking to create 2 portal which will be transmitting data among them via web api calls. Also the information shared amongs the companies will be limited. The similar functionality can be developed and the output of the same can be provided in a PDF format to the customer, we can also have the PDF directly mailed to the customers id upon confirmation provided by company 1. I believe your requirement, seems like and portal for labs where in company 1 will be collection center and company 2 will be the lab which will be sharing the results of the test performed on the sample.
