The Fines database contains the following tables: Vehicle: id, owner id, license plates, make, year of manufacture Person: id, first name, last name, Personal number, address, phone, username, password Fine: id, date of fine, description of fine, vehicle id, value, paid, date of payment A person may own one or more vehicles and one vehicle is owned by only one person. A vehicle may have one or more fines, and a fine belongs to only one vehicle. a. Build the database and the page that makes the connection to the database. b. Build the site to log n.q.s. credentials are not valid to display a message in a div on the page if they are valid to send the user to the page of point c). c. Create a page where the user is shown a list of all the cars he has. A checkbox appears next to each car and a "view fines" button at the bottom of the list. By clicking on the "view fines" button the user goes to the page of point d). d. Build the page listing all the unpaid fines of selected cars. Each fine is accompanied by a checkbox and at the bottom of the list is a pay button to pay the selected fines and the user goes to the page of point f. e. Validate on the client side if the name and surname are only letters the card number is a code starting with the number from 2 to 8 and can be 12 or 14 digits long and the card code is a two digit number. By pressing the "Pay" button, the paid field of the paid fine should be updated, the data of the realized payment and the fine should be written in a text file and the user should be sent to the page of point d) by updating the data for the paid payment.
