Price List Reoort for OScom CREloaded

Create a report accesible from adminreports with a drop down select box and a Button that generates the report and shows result onscreen in format that is printable to eight and one half by eleven inch paper (similar to print_order.php.) The dropdown box will alllow you to select "price level" which is one of the product options with a price modifier (option 10 in my case) The prices displayed will therefore be affected by this modifier and the title of the report will change to reflect the name of this modifier. For each product there will be multiple prices based on size. Also some products have options that Add to the price. For these options we need to show an entry below the product. Each product will also show a picture. see PDFfile for details
