PHP Image file to Youtube Video creation routine -- 2

Project Description ----------------------- I run a real estate website and need a batch php routine to produce a youtube compatible video file for each property using the image files already stored for each property. The site runs on a MySql database and each property record contains the physical file locations of between 1 and 15 jpeg/gif images for each property. REQUIRED DELIVERABLES ---------------------------------------- A php routine which runs in batch mode and does the following 1) Cycle through the MySql database extracting each property record's image file locations 2) Per property create a video file from the images for each property 3) Video File Produced per property must : 1. Fully Youtube compatible 2. Display specified text (property name, description) within the video to describe each property 3. Deliver a youtube compatible meta description using specified keyphrases 4. Ideally use a number of public source (copyright/royalty free) background music tracks 4) Ideally the routine should also automatically upload the videos to our youtube channel. Skills Required ------------------- 1) An experienced Php or similar developer who has previously delivered a images to video routine such as this previously in a LAMP environment.
