I will build you a high quality application that can be installed on any Windows PC. The software will allow workers to clock in and out of their shift. I will also have functions where they can clock in and out for lunch or break (paid or unpaid). I would recommend having pin numbers associated to you employees so other people can't clock them in or out without knowing their pin number (this is optional, just a suggestion). The application will be database driven and I will work with you to develop a payroll report. All my apps are built for easy maintenance. I also aim for the best user experience (UX design). If the people don't like the software they will not use it. Others on this site will just give you cookie cutter apps that are poorly designed and incomplete.
